Booking of pitches:
Low season: at Camping Lago di Levico there will be alsways enough space free also without a reservation. In April, Mai, June, September and October there is not need to book a place but if you’d like to have a fix reservation just contact us and we will be happy to send you all the information you need. Please note that it is only possible to book the following typologies of places: Ibiscus, Airone e Margherita. At the arrival, according to availability, it would be possible also to select another typology of place different from the one booked.
High season: In July and August (especially between 10/07 and 15/08 and in the weekends) the availability of places changes day by day. It is possibile to book (places Ibiscus, Airone and Margherita) for a minimum stay of 14 nights (preferred for min. 4 people). In order to request a booking it is possibile to use our booking system online on our website www.lagolevico.com or write us an e-mail to info@lagolevico.com. It ism however, always possible to come to our campsite without a reservation and at the arrival find a nice place free among the available ones; in case of no availability, it will be possible to spend a night on our temporary pitches and then, the day after, move to a standard place. The best days of arrival are Wednesday and Thursday. The pitch will be available starting from 12.30pm of the day of arrival. On the departure day the pitch needs to be left free before 12pm.
In order to accept a booking offer and confirm the booking, our guest need to provide us with their credit card data (number and expiry date) that we will keep only as guaranty of the booking without cashing any deposit. Then, a booking final confirmation will be sent that needs to be presented at the reception at the moment of arrival in order to facilitate all check-in procedures. All verbal agreements are not valid. The cost of the reservation is 10,00€ and will charged at the moment of check-out.
The booking will be considered valid until 7pm of the day of arrival. For this reason, it is always necessary to inform the campsite about possible delays. On the contrary, after 9am of the day after, the booking will be considered cancelled and the campsite direction will be free to assign the pitch or the mobile home to other guests.
Referring to pitches, the booking can be cancelled for free untill 2 weeks before the arrival. After this deadline it will be cashed from the creditcard (provided during the booking procedures) 150.00 € for reservations of 1 week or 250.00 € for reservation of 2 weeks. 10,00 € as booking costs will be always cashed. Guests that will arrive later or will depart earlier need to paid the entire period booked. Discounts and special offers are non cumulable and need to be paid in cash.
Booking of mobile homes
In order to book an accommodation at Camping Lago di Levico it is necessary to send a request through our booking system online on www.lagolevico.com or an e-mail at info@campinglevico.com.In high season a min. stay of 7 nights, in other periods of the season shorter holidays period will be accepted. The fix arrival and departure days are Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
On the day of arrival the mobile home will be available starting from 3pm. On the day of departure the mobile home needs to be left free before 10am. The accommodation can be lived by a maximal number of people explained in the mobile home capacity. The cost of the reservation is 10.00 € and will be charged at the moment of check-out. A cash deposit of 100.00 € will be always asked at the arrival for shades to the mobile homes.
The booking will be considered valid until 7pm of the day of arrival. For this reason, it is always necessary to inform the campsite about possible delays.
