Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy Mr PRENO
Cancellation is possible within 45 days of arrival date.
In the event that a deposit is paid, a voucher of equal value will be issued for use within the following season (the voucher is transferable to a third party).
For any cancellations out of time and/or no-shows without prior notice, the deposit will be retained in full. The reservation will be considered valid until 9:00 a.m. of the following day, in case of no-show and/or communication by that time, Management is free to sell the reserved asset to others.
For arrivals and departures different from the booking dates, payment of the entire booked period will be required in any and all cases.
These conditions apply to all reservations except the reservations with INSURED rate and/or reservations with a different cancellation policy.

Cancellazione Alloggio - prenotazione STANDARD
E' possibile effettuare la cancellazione entro 45 giorni dalla data di arrivo.
Nel caso di caparra versata, verrà emesso un voucher di pari valore da poter utilizzare entro la stagione successiva (il voucher è cedibile a terzi).
Per eventuali cancellazioni fuori tempo e/o mancati arrivi senza preventiva comunicazione, la caparra verrà trattenuta per intero. La prenotazione verrà tenuta valida fino alle 9.00 del giorno successivo, in caso di mancato arrivo e/o comunicazione entro tale orario, la Direzione si ritiene libera di poter vendere ad altri la risorsa prenotata.
Per arrivi e partenze diversi rispetto alle date di prenotazione, verrà richiesto comunque ed in ogni caso il pagamento dell’intero periodo prenotato.
