How can I reach you if I come by bus or train?
Levico Terme can be easily reached from the city of Trento either by bus or train (stop: Levico Terme). Check the timetables valid for the desired period on the website www.trenitalia.com or https://www.ttesercizio.it/.
Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airports are Treviso (1 hour and 30 minutes by car https://www.trevisoairport.it/) or Verona (1 hour and 15 minutes by car https://www.aeroportoverona.it/).
What are the times of the Check-in and Check-out offices?
The check-in office is open every day from 8.00am to 7.00pm (high season 7.00am-9.00pm). Between 19.00 and 23.00 it is still possible to enter the campsite upon registration with the night watchman. After this time, it is possible to access the camper stop area located next to the entrance to stop during the night (automated access, cash payment at the cash machine). The check-out office is open every day from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00; we kindly ask our guests to respect these times for payment. The payment of the holiday must be made on the day of arrival after check-in to avoid unnecessary waiting.
How can I pay for my vacation?
We accept: cash (up to a maximum limit of € 3000.00), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
What are the prices of your campsite?
The rates applied during the opening season of the campsite are available on our BOOKING ONLINE page. Prices are in euros and include 2 people (regardless of age); all extra people to those already included in the standard rate are charged according to the extra price list. The price includes the use of electricity, hot and cold water, 1 car and the campsite services indicated as "included in the price".
Are there any special offers or special discounts?
The special offers and discounts applied are accessible to everybody at the following link https://www.campinglevico.com/Offerte-Last-Minute. They are not cumulative and some are valid only with cash payment.
Do you accept cards for reduced rates?
Only the TOPCAMPING CARD is accepted in the camping during the periods indicated. In the camper stop area, ADAC and PLEIN AIR cards are accepted. They must be presented on arrival, during the registration phase. They are to be considered valid only on certain types of pitches (communicated on arrival from the check-in office). However, they cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
What services are included in the price?
Sanitary facilities: no tokens are needed to use the showers and toilets and there are no counters. We kindly ask you to respect the environment and not to waste water. Electricity: there are no counters for the use of electricity on the pitches (6-10 Amp) and in the accommodations. Private beach: Lago Levico Camping Village is the only campsite by the lake. You can make free use of the private beach, covered by grass and particularly safe for children. On the beach there is always a lifeguard to watch over the safety of the whole family; it is possible to rent (for a fee) canoes and pedal boats (if the lifeguard is not present at that time, please contact the Information Office). Baby service: located in the white bathroom block (5th block), dedicated to our younger guests; there is a bath tub, a changing table and other useful services for baby care. Bathrooms for disabled: requesting the key at the reception, our guests with special needs can enjoy free access to a particularly equipped and accessible bathroom complete with shower, toilet and sink (the key is released against a deposit). Yoga course on the beach every day (except bad weather) at sunrise and sunset. Animation: available from late May to mid-September. Our animator team will entertain young and old during the Mini Club, the Junior Club, sports tournaments, theme nights and the Baby Disco. Outdoor swimming pool: Lago Levico Camping Village has three swimming pools, including one with shallow water and therefore ideal for the little ones. The use of caps is not mandatory. Opening hours 10.00 am - 6.00 pm (in high season from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm). Deckchair and solarium area available. Lagoon: from 2018 large water park for the enjoyment of young and old. Swimming pool with heated water (in low season). Hours 10.00-18.00 (in high season 9.00-19.00). Deckchairs and sun umbrellas available to customers. Wifi: 2GB available for free via password access. It is possible to increase the GB and the connection speed by purchasing extra codes. Football field, beach volleyball court, tennis court (by reservation at our information office) and badminton are at your complete disposal. BBQ area (by reservation at our information office). Charcoal BBQ is not allowed. Playground for our younger guests. Bar, Restaurant-Pizzeria and Minimarket.
What are the services offered NOT included in the price?
Bicycle rental for a fee according to the rates available at the rental point. There are trekking bikes (men/women), Mtb and race Mtb, bicycles for children, baby trailers, baby seats and helmets. Guided tours are organized to discover the surrounding area, upon payment and upon registration with our information office. Canoe, sup and pedal boat renting (high season on the beach, low season at the reception office) Washing machines and dryers work with coins (4 €) and can be used from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00 to avoid any unnecessary noise during the hours of rest. Issuing of fishing permits: at the information office it is possible to purchase daily and weekly fishing permits. Reservations for outdoor activities and shows for the Arena in Verona at the information office.
Is there a Minimarket, Bar or Pizzeria in your campsite?
Inside the campsite there is a Minimarket, a Restaurant-Pizzeria and a Bar; open from the opening to the closing of the campsite with a variable time depending on the period. The restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner, pizzeria service only in the evening. It is advisable to always check the times shown.
Are Visitors Allowed?
Daily visitors of our camping guests are allowed, upon deposit of a document at the Reception and payment of the current fee (check out office opening times: 9-12 / 16-19). Guests' cars must be parked in the outdoor parking lot. Daily visitors must leave the campsite by 7.00 pm on the same day, notifying the reception desk and collecting the document. All day visitors must comply with the general campsite regulations. Any non-compliance may lead to removal from the structure.
Are there any particular times for the accommodations?
Entrance time: the booked accommodation is guaranteed starting from 3pm on the day of arrival. However, we will inform you if the accommodation is available before that time so as to make the waiting less long. Exit time: the booked accommodation must be left in any case by 10.00 am on the day of departure. On request it is possible to arrange a postponement of the departure up to maximum 6.00 pm, only in the case in which the accommodation is not booked (in this case an extra half-day charge will be applied). During check-out the accommodation will be checked, in the event that something is missing with respect to the inventory at the start (or in case of damage), you will be charged the price of the missing/damaged item. Total prohibition of smoking. Final cleaning: the final cleaning of the accommodation is included in the price and is therefore taken care of by our cleaning staff. The accommodation must be left in order and generally clean anyway (free of dirty dishes and garbage); alternatively, a final cleaning can be purchased as an extra service at a cost of € 40.00 (the kitchenette MUST be left clean and tidy), otherwise, and at the discretion of the Management, a PENALTY of € 70.00will be required. Upon arrival and at the discretion of the Management, a deposit of € 100.00 may be required; it will be returned during check out if the accommodation has not been damaged. Otherwise, the Management reserves the right to subtract the amount of material damage suffered from the sum due.
Are there any particular times for the pitches?
Entrance time: the reserved pitch is available starting from 12.30 on the day of arrival. If the pitch is already free before this time it is possible to occupy it immediately. Exit time: the pitch (booked or not) must be left by 12.00 on the day of departure. On request it is possible to arrange a postponement of the departure up to maximum 6.00 pm, only in the case in which the accommodation is not booked (in this case an additional half-day charge is applied. Equipment: all the pitches are equipped with electricity (6-10 Amp depending on the type of pitch; European plug, in case of need it is possible to borrow an adapter and an extension cord against a deposit), some are also equipped with loading-unloading and private bathroom. Up to a maximum of 6 people are allowed on each pitch.
Is it possible to reserve?
Reservations can be made through our Online Booking or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our booking office staff will reply within 48 hours. All types of accommodation and pitch can be booked; Arrival and departure days and minimum stay: regarding the pitches there are no fixed arrival and departure days; in high season a minimum stay period of 7 nights is required (in low season a minimum of 2 nights is required). As for the accommodations, the days of arrival and departure are: Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday. Minimum stay required (Pentecost, July and August) is 7 nights. Can I book a particular accommodation / pitch? You can express your preference about the number of pitch/mobile home desired. In any case, the Management reserves the right not to assign the customer what agreed in the event of serious problems. Is it possible to request reservations for two nearby pitches/accommodations? Booking confirmation: the reservation is to be considered final only upon payment of the deposit (€ 250 for the periods of July and August) or written confirmation of the reservation (May, June, September and October) and receipt of confirmation by the Booking office. The only request for availability directly from the site of the campsite or via email is in no case to be considered a definitive booking. Only written booking notifications (by telephone or otherwise) are to be considered valid.
Payment of the stay:
the payment of the stay (with the deduction of the confirmation deposit) must take place on the day of arrival. Modification of a reservation: the reservation can be changed, within the limits of availability and at the discretion of the Management, at any time by e-mail at email@example.com. Only after the confirmation by the Information Office will the change be considered valid. Booking fees: for each accommodation or pitch booked, payment of € 10.00 booking fees will be requested. In the event of cancellation, this amount will in any case be withheld. Arrival without reservation: in the case of accommodation, booking is mandatory especially in high season. Regarding the pitches, arrival without a reservation is possible as some of the camping pitches cannot be booked. On arrival you can choose a pitch from among those available (not bookable); should there not be immediate availability of pitches, there will be the possibility of staying overnight in the camper stop area and entering the campsite as soon as a pitch becomes available (on average the waiting time is from 1 to 3 days). The entrance to the campsite from the camper stop area is "regulated" by a waiting list ordered by the day of arrival.
In case of cancellations, delays and early departures?
Booking cancellations: the booking of a pitch can be canceled free of charge up to two weeks before the scheduled arrival day (€ 10.00 booking fees are still withheld). After this date the confirmatory deposit will be retained. As for the accommodation, the booking can be cancelled free of charge up to a month before the scheduled arrival day (€ 10.00 booking fees are still withheld). After this date the confirmatory deposit will be retained. Cancellations must be received in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event of no-shows, the deposit and booking fees will be withheld in any case. The reservation will be valid until 9.00 am the following day. After this deadline, the Management is free to offer accommodation to other guests. Late arrival, early departure: in case of late arrival or early departure, payment will be required in any case for the entire period booked.
Do you accept pets?
Camping and services: dogs and other pets are welcome at Lago Levico Camping Village. The dog passport/health card must be taken with you. In particular, for our four-legged friends we have a small corner of the beach where they (under careful observation of the owners) can relax and enjoy themselves. Accessibility in the accommodations: dogs are allowed in some types of accommodation: Mobile Home Levico, Mobile Home Superior, Moile Home Grand Charme and Mobile Home Extra Lux. Limitations: our 4-legged friends must always be kept on a leash and checked to ensure the safety and quietness of all other camping guests. Dogs considered to be dangerous and taller than 35 cm are not allowed. By municipal ordinance, dogs cannot in any case bathe in the Levico lake and walk/stop on the beaches and on the shores of the lake, including our private beach. From 2017 THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE NINFEAE PITCHES. We have an agility dog area next to the reception and a bathtub where you can wash your dog.
Do you have animation?
At the campsite there is an international animation team from late May to mid-September, ready and available for the enjoyment of young and old! There is no extra cost for participation in the animation. The weekly program of activities is available at the Reception.
Are there any speed limits in the campsite?
We kindly ask our guests to respect the speed limits indicated in the campsite and in the immediate vicinity of the campsite. In particular, it is mandatory to respect the limit of 10 km/h with any vehicle and slow down paying attention in the vicinity of the busiest areas of the campsite such as entertainment area, playground, restaurant, bar and mini-market.
Are there times for the entrance gates and rest times?
Opening and closing times of the entrance gate: the main entrance gate of the campsite opens automatically every morning at 7.00 am and closes in the same way at 11.00 pm in the evening. Hours of rest and night hours: respect for silence is required from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to access the campsite with any vehicle; any vehicles must be parked in the outdoor parking areas. Gate for pedestrians: on foot you can always access the campsite through the pedestrian gate next to the main gate of the campsite. It always remains open between 7.00 am and 11.00 pm while at night it remains closed but can be opened at any time by entering a code on the keyboard which will be communicated to you during check-in. Entry and exit gates: during the access times to the campsite (when the main gate is open) it is possible to enter/exit your vehicle upon registration of the license plate during check-in. The correctness of the reported license plate number is fundamental as access and exit is regulated by an electronic number plate reading system. Please respect the light signals from the traffic lights near the entry and exit gates.
How many cars are allowed and are there any parking places?
Number of vehicles allowed on the pitch: respecting the limits of the pitch, it is possible to park up to a vehicle on it. Each extra car can be parked in one of the car parks inside or outside the campsite. For each extra car will be applied the rate according to the current price list. Parking areas: if you do not want to keep the car on the pitch you can park it for free in one of the internal or external parking lots of the campsite.
In case of maintenance requests?
Problems in camping/pitches/accommodation: camping guests are kindly requested to promptly communicate problems, faults or malfunctions detected in the structure or on their pitch/in their accommodation in reception. Any problems will be solved shortly by our maintenance staff. Problems on private property of the customer: in case of damage, breakages or problems related to objects, vehicles, equipment of your property we will be available to give you a technical consultation on what to do but we will not proceed in any case to the material resolution of the problem. We will nonetheless inform you of the names of our trusted technicians in the area you can contact.
Do you have an ATM service?
It is possible to make payments by ATM at the reception, the minimarket and the restaurant. An ATM is also available for ATM withdrawal in the area in front of the Reception.
Are public transport services available?
Timetables: train and bus timetables to move easily in the region can be found at the reception or on the following websites https://www.ttesercizio.it/ and www.trenitalia.it. Ticket offices: tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices of the main stations (trains, buses) in Levico Terme, Pergine Valsugana, Borgo Valsugana or Trento. If you get on the bus at intermediate stops, tickets can be purchased directly on the bus. It is absolutely forbidden (and not recommended) to board vehicles not equipped with a travel ticket.
Do you have a Taxi service?
It is possible to ask the Reception Staff to put you in contact with the taxi service closest to the campsite and available in the desired timings. The rates will be notified in advance before the service is confirmed.
Is there a shuttle bus that connects with the town?
Every summer season and in particular from May to September, a shuttle bus service (PUFFETTO train) is available, which connects the campsite with the town center on a daily basis. The service is free of charge and is available from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm every hour (approximately every 50 minutes). The detailed timetable and information on the path followed can be found at the Reception.
Do you have security boxes?
It is not possible to deposit any amount of money in the Reception as we do not have any security box.
How does the Inbox work?
In the area in front of the Reception there is a mailbox for sending outgoing mail. At the minimarket there is the Globe Postal Service (GPS) mailbox. The reception is available to receive any incoming mail, it will be the customer's care to come to the offices to check availability and in case withdraw the post.
What about lost and found?
Any object found inside the campsite must be delivered to the campsite reception. It will be our pleasure to return it to the owner. Any shipments will be charged to the customer.
Are there any pharmacies nearby?
In Levico Terme, about 1.5 km away from the campsite, there are two pharmacies on the main avenue of the town (Farmacia De Prez and Farmacia Romanese). They are open every day except Sundays and holidays (during the season one of the two is almost always in service even during these days). The reception staff is however available to check the times of the nearest pharmacies on duty.
Are there any hospitals nearby?
The nearest hospitals are: Borgo Valsugana and Trento with first aid service. A doctor with a paid service is available at the facility and according to the times shown.
In case of emergencies?
Unique Number for Emergencies: 112. Daytime emergencies: for any type of emergency during the day, contact the Reception (in person or at 0461 706491), we will take care to take all necessary measures to resolve the situation as best we can. The nursing service is available in the Reception. Emergencies during the night: for any type of emergency during the night, contact the Night Watchman (his office is in the same building as the Reception) or the emergency number inside the campsite 00393490730982
During the holiday: in the event of complaints, please contact the campsite reception. The staff will be happy to listen to you and try to resolve the issues underlying the complaint. After the holiday: if you have a complaint to submit to our attention and you have not had time to communicate it directly to the staff during the holiday, we invite you to write us an email at email@example.com. We will be happy to welcome your suggestions.
Is it possible to have travel insurance?
On request (at the time of booking, ie before final confirmation) it is possible to request the activation of travel insurance. Paying a surcharge of € 5.00 per day, should the need arise to cancel the trip due to serious problems, it will be possible to cancel the holiday without any cancellation costs. The accepted cancellation reasons (certifiable) are: serious illness, serious accident, death of a member of your family, complication of pregnancy before the 7th month, material damage to your personal property and imperative necessity of your presence, economic dismissal, accident or theft of your vehicle and/or your caravan on the direct route to go to the campsite, cancellation or modification of holiday dates for work reasons.
Do you also have a camper stop area?
Yes, we have a beautiful and green camper stop area open from the end of March to the beginning of November. The price varies according to the period and includes all the members of the group, electricity, loading/unloading and bathrooms with showers. Also available are sinks for washing dishes, a washing machine and a dryer.

Wifi: the campsite is covered by a Wi Fi network; access is available and free by accessing with a special password and for a maximum of 2GB. Any faster connections and more data traffic are available for a fee. All indications for the correct use of the system can be found at the Reception (Information Office). Please note that the use of the Internet by minors must be authorized and supervised by an adult responsible for the minor.
The tourist tax is applied to all people aged 14 and over and amounts to € 1.00 per night for a maximum of 10 nights. Possible exemptions are possible after signing a special form (military, disabled, spa treatments, etc.).
