Here you will find the most important information for your holidays at Lago Levico Camping Village
What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation is possible within 45 days before the arrival date.

Deposit payment is eventually refounded through a voucher of the same value (it is also transferable).

For any cancellations out of time and/or no-shows without prior infos, the deposit will be retained in full. The reservation will be kept valid until 9.00 the next day, in case of no-show and/or no communication within this time, the Management is free to sell the booked accommodation/pitch to others.

For arrivals and departures different from the booking dates, payment of the entire booked period will be required in any case.
Following conditions are valid for any booking which doesn't have a different cancellation policy.

Is it possible to have travel insurance?
The rate that protects you and your loved ones from unforeseen events by guaranteeing a refund of up to 100% in case of cancellation and assistance during your stay for the covers provided in the Insurance Policy. Coverages included are valid from booking to check-out. CANCELLATION GUARANTEE: refund of up to 100% of the amount prepaid, valid for unforeseen events such as illness (COVID-19 included), hospitalization, injury, cancelled employee holidays. ASSISTANCE DURING YOUR STAY: from arrival to departure you can benefit from healthcare, luggage coverage, theft cover and roadside assistance. Insurance coverage policy: CLICK HERE


It is possible to reserve?
Of course! Reservations can be made through our online booking system or through our online form. The emails and all the bookings are handled within 48 hours. All types of accommodations and pitches can be booked and preference can be expressed (special condition for early booking within the end of January). However, the Management reserves the right not to assign to the guest what has been agreed in the event of any problems arising. You can request pitches and accommodations nearby, our booking office will check the availability and inform you if this is possible.
Are there fixed days of arrival and departure?
For the pitches there are no fixed days of arrival and departure; in high season a minimum stay of 7 nights is required (except for any last minute availability). For the accommodations the days of arrival and departure change according to typology of mobile home. Please check our Booking Online System. Minimum stay for Pentecost, July and August: 5 nights.
Do I have to pay a deposit to confirm the reservation?
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 250 € is required for the period of Pentecost  and for the high season The reservation is considered confirmed only after the payment of the deposit or, for low season periods, following written confirmation by both parties. The sole request for availability directly from the campsite website or by email is in no case to be considered a definitive reservation. Unwritten booking confirmations (telephone or others) are not to be considered valid.
When do I have to pay for my vacation?
The payment for the stay (with the deduction of the deposit) must be made by the day of arrival, once the registration procedures have been completed. The methods of payment are: cash, debit card and credit card (we DO NOT accept American Express).
Can I change my booking?
The reservation can be changed, within the limits of availability and at the discretion of the Management, at any time by e-mail at info@campinglevico.com. Only after confirmation by the Booking Office will the change be considered valid. Each booking will be charged an amount equal to 10 € for the management of the practice. The Management may decide to withhold this amount in case of late booking modification and/or cancellation.
Is it possible to arrive without a reservation?
It is always possible to arrive without a reservation, but without any guarantee of finding a place.
Reservations are required for accommodations in high season. In low season you might find an accommodation even arriving without a reservation.
For pitches it is possible to arrive without reservation, the campsite has an area with non-bookable pitches, subject to daily variation. However, there is no guarantee that you will always find a place. Upon arrival you will be informed of the pitches that are available and from which to choose. In the event that there is nothing available inside the campsite, it will be possible to stay overnight in our parking area and enter the campsite as soon as a pitch becomes available (the waiting time varies from 1 to 3 days). Entrance to the campsite is in these cases "regulated" by a waiting list sorted by actual day of arrival.
Are there any special offers and/or discounts for direct bookings?
A 4% discount is applied for stays longer than 14 nights with cash payment.

Do you accept cards for discounted rates?
We accept 2 kind of cards: TOPCAMPING CARD and ADAC. They are accepted on the campsite during the periods expressly indicated. They must be presented on arrival, before the registration phase. They are to be considered valid only for some type of pitches (communicated upon arrival by the check-in office). However, they cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. In the camper stop area PLEIN AIR card is accepted.
Where can I find your price list?
Lago Levico Camping Village follows the dynamic pricing policy, therefore it is not possible to find an online price list. The rates applied during the opening season of the campsite can be calculated through our BOOKING ONLINE page. Prices are expressed in euros and include 2 people (regardless of age). The use of electricity (the management reserves the right to charge a supplement if the electricity costs undergo significant variations), water and toilet facilities with shower are also included in the pitches rates. The accommodation rates include utilities. Extra persons (from the 3rd up) are charged according to the extra rates and based on their age.
What services are offered included in the price?
Toilets: available to our customers there are 4 bathroom blocks for common use and 1 bathroom block with 19 bookable private bathrooms (for exclusive use for the Lago Superior and Lago). We ask our guests to respect the environment and not waste water. Electricity: varies from 6 to 10 Ampere according to the type of pitch (the management reserves the right to charge a supplement if the electricity costs undergo significant variations).
Private beach: you can enjoy free use of the private beach, covered by grass and particularly safe for children. During peak periods there is a lifeguard to monitor the safety of the whole family.
Baby service: located in 2 different bathroom blocks (the 4th and the 5th block), dedicated to our youngest guests; there is a bath tub, a changing table and other useful services for baby care.
Disabled bathrooms: by requesting the key at the reception (released on deposit) our guests with special needs will have free use of a particularly equipped and accessible bathroom complete with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Entertainment: the period of service varies from season to season, it usually starts at Pentecost and lasts until mid-September. The team is international, to please all our customers.
Water park Laguna and our pools: the structure has three swimming pools (one large, one medium and one small) and the water park. The water is heated (in low season). The use of a cap is not mandatory. The opening hours vary according to the period. Deck chairs and sun umbrellas are available.
Wifi: 2GB available for free via password access. It is possible to increase the giga and the connection speed by purchasing extra codes.
Sports fields: football, beach volleyball, tennis (by reservation at our information office) and badminton are at your complete disposal.
BBQ area (by reservation at our information office). Charcoal BBQ is not allowed.
Playground area available for our younger guests.
Bar, Airone Restaurant-Pizzeria and Minimarket.
What services offered are NOT included in the price?
Canoe, pedal boat and sup rental: service active on the beach in high season, by contacting the Reception in low season.
Bike rental: third-party service by our partner InBike Valsugana. Rates available at the rental point or on the website https://www.inbikevalsugana.it. Available are trekking bikes (man/woman), Mtb and Mtb race, junior MTB, baby trolleys, bay seats and bay helmets. On reservation it is also possible to rent e-bikes.
Trekking or MTB tours: activities upon reservation at our information office.
Washing machines €5 per use and 1€ coin-operated & dryers €1/8'use and 1€ coin-operated (use allowed from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00 as last use).
Daily and weekly fishing permits by our Info office.
Outdoor activities in the surrounding area (rafting and water sports, paragliding, canyoning, horse riding).
Car rental: asking at our Info office in collaboration with an external partner
Reservation of shows for the Arena in Verona.
What are the reception office opening time?
Reception office hours vary according to the period. In the low season the office is open non-stop from 8.00 to 19.00, in high season the opening hours are extended to 21.00. Between 19.00 and 23.00, entry to the campsite is still possible after registering at our nightly Reception. After 23.00 it is no longer possible to access the campsite by vehicle, but it is possible to access the camper parking area located in the area in front of the Reception (automated access, cash payment at the automatic cash desk). The cash office hours remain unchanged for the entire season from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00.
Are there any identification bracelets?
A colored identification bracelet will be worn to all family members upon check-in. The bracelet is not transferable and serves as a method of controlling access to the campsite and use of the campsite services.
Are there Minimarket, Bar or Pizzeria in your Camping?
Inside the campsite there are a Minimarket, a Restaurant-Pizzeria and a Bar; the Pizzeria Restaurant and the minimarket are open from the beginning to the end of the season with variable hours according to the period. The Bar opens from Ascension to the end of September with variable hours depending on the period.
Does the restaurant also offer take-away service?
The restaurant offers an à la carte menu service with the possibility of consumption on site or to take away. The pizzeria service is active only in the evening, except for the high season (you can contact us for any update).
It does not offer certified gluten-free food, despite having gluten-free dishes on the menu.
It also offers vegetarian dishes.
There is no half board or full board service.
Are visitors allowed?
Daily visitors of our guest are admitted. 
What are the check in and check out times?
Accommodations: available from 16.00 on the day of arrival. To be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. If the accommodation is already available before the defined time, it will be available in advance.
Pitches: available from 12.30 on the day of arrival. To be vacated by 12.00 on the day of departure. If the pitch is already available before the defined time, it can be occupied in advance.
Late check out: in low season and at the discretion of the Management, it is possible to have a late check out at 18.00. The extra amount to be paid is equal to half of the daily amount (price of accommodation/pitch + extras).
Are final cleaning included in the price?
The final cleaning of the accommodation by our cleaning staff is included in the price. The accommodation must still be left tidy and generally clean (free of dirty dishes and garbage); alternatively, final cleaning can be purchased as an extra service at a cost of € 40.00 (we hower ask to left the kitchenette clean and tidy).
During the check-out phase, the accommodation will be checked in order to assess any object deficiencies and/or damage. The Management can apply a penalty of 70€ if necessary.
Holiday with dog: 40€ final cleaning will be charged as fix extra cost.
Is it necessary to pay a deposit on arrival?
Upon arrival and at the discretion of the Management, a deposit of € 100.00 may be required; the same will be returned at check out if the accommodation has not suffered any damage. Otherwise, the Management reserves the right to subtract the amount of material damage suffered from the sum due.
Can I smoke inside my accommodation?
Absolutely not! Inside our accommodations there is a total ban on smoking.
Do you accept pets?
Dogs and other small pets are welcome.
You must bring your dog's passport / health book with you.
Dogs are accepted in all our STANDARD HOME and HOME SUITE from n°18 to n°24. Holiday with dog: 40€ final cleaning will be charged as fix extra cost.
Dogs are allowed in all pitches, except for LAGO SUPERIOR and LAGO pitches, on which they are NOT allowed.
At their disposal a small corner of the beach for bathing only, a dog wash area for washing.
It is mandatory to keep the dog on a leash at all times. They cannot be left alone in the accommodation or pitch, in order to avoid any disturbance to the other guests of the campsite.
Dogs of a breed considered dangerous are not allowed.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the pool.
They can access the Restaurant and Bar.
Is there animation?
At the campsite there is an international animation team from late May to mid-September, ready and available for the enjoyment of young and old! There is no extra cost for participation in the animation. The weekly program of activities is available at the Reception.
Are there any speed limits inside the campsite?
We kindly ask guests to respect the speed limits indicated inside the campsite and in its immediate vicinity. In particular, it is mandatory to respect the 10 km/h limit with any vehicle and slow down paying attention close to the busiest areas of the campsite such as the entertainment area, playground, restaurant, bar and minimarket.
Is it possible to access the campsite 24 hours a day?
Access to the campsite is allowed from 7.00 to 23.00. From 23.00 till 7.00 it is only possible to walk in through the pedestrian gate (it can be always opened through a code). We kindly ask respect for silence between 13.00 and 15.00 in respect of guests who would like to rest. At this time it is still possible to arrive on the pitch and/or accommodation.
After 23.00 it is not possible to access the campsite with any vehicle
The entrance and exit gates open automatically from 7.00 to 23.00; it is possible to enter/exit with your vehicle upon registration of the car plate number during check-in. The correctness of the plate number communicated is important since access and exit are regulated by an electronic system. Please respect the light signals of the traffic lights placed near the entrance and exit gates.
If I come by camper, can I also bring my car inside?
Only one vehicle is included on the pitch (in case of arrival with camper and/or tent, in case of arrival with caravan one car is included). Extra cars can be parked in the special parking areas, inside and outside the campsite. Outdoor parking is free.
If there is enough space and you want to bring a second car to the pitch, the current price list will be applied.
If I come by motorbike, do I pay as if I had a car?
The possibility to park up to 2 motorcycles is included in the pitch rate. If there are more, from the third motorbike onwards the current price list rate will be applied.
How are any maintenance interventions managed?
We ask our kind guests to promptly notify the Reception of any problems, breakdowns or malfunctions detected on the pitch or in their accommodation. Our maintenance staff will intervene according to a company priority scale, in the shortest possible time. The fastest way to report a problem is to contact the Reception directly.
If the reported problem relates to private property and/or customer objects, our maintenance staff is not required to proceed if it deems appropriate the intervention of specific technical personnel. It will be our pleasure to support our kind guests in finding the best assistance.
Do you have an ATM service?
In the area in front of the Reception there is an ATM for the withdrawal of cash available to our guests.
How can I reach you if I come by bus or train?
Levico Terme can be easily reached from the city of Trento both by bus and by train (stop: Levico Terme). Consult the timetables in force in the desired period on the website www.trenitalia.com or https://www.ttes Exercise.it/.
Which is the nearest airport?
The closest airports are Treviso (about 1 hour and 30 minutes by car https://www.trevisoairport.it/) or Verona (about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car https://www.aeroportoverona.it/).
Are public transport services available?
About 300 meters from the campsite there is a bus stop for buses to and from Trento.
The train station is about 1.5 km from the campsite.
The timetables of public transport can be consulted at the reception and available in paper format on request. They are also available online at the link: https://www.ttesigianato.it/ and www.trenitalia.it.
Is there a taxi service?
It is possible to ask the Reception Staff to put you in contact with the taxi service closest to the campsite and available in the shortest time available. The rates will be communicated in advance before confirming the service.
Is there a shuttle bus service?
From May to September the Municipality of Levico offers tourists and citizens a small train that acts as a shuttle bus connecting the campsite with the town center and vice versa.
The service is subject to a fee, the ticket can be purchased directly on board and is available from 9.00 to 18.00 on an hourly basis (approximately every 50 minutes), except for the time period between approximately 12.00 and 16.00. In July and August the small train also runs in the evenings. The detailed timetable and detailed information on the route can be found at the Reception.
Do you have safety deposit boxes?
It is not possible to deposit any amount of money at the Reception as we do not have a safety deposit box.
Is it possible to receive incoming mail and/or shipments from couriers?
Of course, it is important that the guest’s name and family name and the pitch and/or accommodation are specified on the incoming mail. It will be our staff's concern to contact our guests and inform them of the mail/goods received.
For outgoing mail there is a mailbox in the area in front of the reception.
By the minimarket there is a Globe Postal Service (GPS) mailbox.
How are lost and founds managed?
Any object found inside the campsite must be handed over to the campsite reception. It will be our pleasure to return everything to the owner. Any shipments will be charged to the customer.
Are there any pharmacies nearby?
In Levico Terme, about 1.5 km away from the campsite, there are several pharmacies on the main street of the village (Farmacia De Prez and Farmacia Romanese). They are open every day except Sundays and bank holidays (during the season one of the two is almost always in service even during these days). The reception staff is however available to check the timetables of the nearest pharmacies on duty.
Are there any hospitals nearby?
The nearest hospitals are: Borgo Valsugana and Trento with first aid service. 
What should be done in case of emergencies?
The Unique Emergency Number must be dialed: 112.
For emergencies inside the campsite and during the day, contact the Reception (in person or on 0039 0461 706491). A small medical assistance box is available at the Reception. For internal emergencies during the night, contact the Night Guardian (his office is in the Reception building itself) or the emergency number inside the campsite 0039 349 0730982.
How can I make a complaint?
For any complaints we invite our guests to contact the campsite reception. The staff will be available to listen and try to resolve the issues underlying the complaint as quickly as possible.
In the event that there is a complaint to be brought to our attention and you have not had the time to communicate it directly to the staff of the hotel during the holiday, we invite our guests to send us an email at info@campinglevico.com. We will be happy to welcome your suggestions.
Do you also have a camper stop?
In front of the campsite is our camper stop area, open from the end of March to the beginning of November. The price varies according to the period and is inclusive of all the people, electricity, water charge and discharge, toilets with showers. There are also sinks for washing dishes, a washing machine and a dryer (4 euros per use, operated by coins).
How can I get more information about the campsite?
You can contact us by email at info@campinglevico.com, by phone at 0039 0461 706491 or by message at Whatsapp number 0039 346 421 9423. In winter, the office is open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 17.30. During the opening period of the campsite, the office is open every day from 8.00 to 19.00 (hours may vary according to the period).
Do you have WIFI available for guests?
The campsite is fully covered by Wi Fi network; access is available and free of charge by logging in with the appropriate password and for a maximum of 2GB. Any faster connections with higher data traffic are available for a fee. All the information for the correct use of the system can be found at the Reception (Information office). Please note that the use of the Internet by minors must be authorized and supervised by an adult responsible for the minor.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is applied to all people aged 14 and over and amounts to € 1.50 per night for a maximum of 10 nights. Any exemptions are possible upon signing a specific form (military, disabled, spa treatments, etc. ..).

Good camp site
Good camp site
Rented a Mobile Home for one week in July. Everything was nice and clean, and all the staff was super friendly and always met us with a smile. The camp site is placed right by the lake and have mountains all around. Our mobile home was situated with view to the lake and only 2 mins walk. There is a small shop with fresh bread and other groceries. There is also a restaurant with view to the lake. We only tried their Pizza and they were good.

The camp site is placed right by the lake and have mountains all around. Our mobile home was situated with view to the lake and only 2 mins walk. There is a small shop with fresh bread and other groceries. There is also a restaurant with view to the lake. We only tried their Pizza and they were good.
