When does Lago Levico Camping Village**** open and close?
The start of the season is 04/20/2018; the end of the season is 10/14/2018. The entrance to the campsite is open every day until 11 p.m., at which time the gate closes. After this time, you can access the camper parking area located adjacent to the entrance to stay overnight. The following day a standard pitch will be available inside the campsite. During high season, the days of arrival for mobile homes are Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. A minimum stay of 7 nights during high season is required.
How can I reach you if I come by car?
Lago Levico Camping Village is located in Levico Terme (CAP 38056) at the address Loc. Pleina. If you arrive from Padua, take the SS 47 Valsugana and follow the signs for Trento; take the fourth exit on the right for Levico Terme. If you arrive from Trento, take the SS 47 Valsugana towards Padua and take the first exit for Levico Terme. In both cases, continue for 500 mt., passing the Esso petrol station on the right. At what time is Check-in and Check-out?
The check-in office is open every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (during high season the time may be extended until 9 p.m.). Between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m., it is still possible to enter the campsite by registering with the night watchman. After 11 p.m., you can access the camper parking area located adjacent to the entrance to stay overnight. The following day a standard pitch will be available inside the campsite. The check-out office is open every day from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and from 3.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.; we kindly ask our guests to respect these working hours for payments. The payment for the holiday must be made on the day of arrival after check-in to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Are ID wristbands available?
Upon check-in, all registered family members will be given a coloured identification wristband that must be worn for the entire duration of the holiday and returned during check-out. The wristband is not transferable and serves as a method of control of access to the campsite and the use of all services on the campsite.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For payment we accept: cash (up to a maximum of €3000), and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). Discounts and special offers are valid only with cash payment and are not cumulative. For the payment of the stay in pitches and rented lodgings, the payment is obligatory on the date of arrival. In all other cases, it is compulsory to pay the balance no later than the day before the departure date.
What are the prices of your campsite?
The rates applicable for this season are available at the following link:, prices are in Euro and include the number of people indicated. Both the prices of the lodging and of the pitches are inclusive of two people (regardless of age); all additional people will incur additional charges. The price includes the use of electricity, hot and cold water, 1 car and the services of the campsite indicated as "included in the price".
Are there any special offers or discounts?

Do you accept specific membership passes for special rates?
In order to obtain special rates for specific memberships, such as for TOPCAMPINGS, ADAC, BEST DEAL, PLEIN AIR, such card must be presented upon arrival and during the registration phase. These prices are valid only on certain types of pitches (as indicated on arrival by the check-in office) and only if the payment is made in cash. They cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Which services are included in the price?
Sanitary facilities: the use of showers and toilets do not require any tokens and there are no meters. We kindly ask you to respect the environment and not to waste water as a result. Electricity: there are no counters for the use of electricity on the pitches (6-10 Amps) and in the lodgings. Private beach: Campsite Lago di Levico is the only campsite on the shores of Lago di Levico. The use of the campsite’s beach is free of charge, the beach is covered with grass and particularly safe for children. The beach always has a lifeguard watching over the safety of you and your family, you can hire (for a fee) canoes, and pedal boats (if the lifeguard is not present, please contact the information office). Baby service: by asking for the key at the reception, our youngest guests can use a specially equipped bathroom for babies free of charge: it features a baby bathtub, a changing table and other useful services for the care of your child. Yoga courses take place on the beach every day at sunrise and sunset (except during bad weather). Bathrooms for the disabled: by asking for the key at the reception our guests with disabilities will have free access to a specially equipped and wheelchair friendly bathroom complete with shower, toilet and sink. Animation: available from mid-May to mid-September. Our team of animators will entertain young and old alike with the Mini Club, Junior Club, sports tournaments, theme nights and Baby Disco. Outdoor swimming pools: Camping Lago di Levico has three swimming pools, including one with shallow water, ideal for children. The use of swimming caps is not mandatory. Opening hours are normally between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sun loungers available for hire, and there is a convenient deck for your relaxation. Wi-Fi: you will be issued a complimentary code at the reception that is valid for a period of 2 weeks along with your pass during check-in; more internet codes can be obtained at a cost of €4 each. Your internet code can only be used by one device/appliance at a time. You will have to log out and wait a few minutes to be able to use the same code with another device. If you cannot use your laptop or smartphone, you can connect to the network free of charge from one of the PCs available at reception, reserved for the exclusive use by our guests. Please note that any use of the Internet by minors must be authorized and supervised by a responsible adult. There is a football field, a volleyball field, and a tennis court: all at your complete disposal. Specifically, to use the tennis court it is necessary to request a key at the reception; it is possible to rent tennis rackets and balls (upon making a deposit).
Which services are NOT included in the price?
Bike rental: in collaboration with In Bike service ( you can rent trekking bikes (man/woman), MTB and MTB racing, bicycles for children, and baby trolleys. Organized guided tours to discover the surrounding region. Washing machines & dryers: available at sanitary facility on the campsite. They work with coins and may only be used from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. to avoid the hours of rest. In one place, in the former Camping Jolly area, there is a working grill operated by tokens, which are available at the reception (for a fee). Fishing permits: daily and weekly fishing permits can be purchased at the reception. If you do not have an adequate government issued license (as is often the case with foreign guests), you must fill out a replacement form at the reception desk.
Is there a mini-market, bar or pizzeria on your campsite?
The mini-market on the campsite is open from April to October every day of the week (in accordance with the opening hours posted at the entrance to the premises and on the general notice board of the campsite). Next to it, there is also our restaurant/pizzeria Airone, which is also open every day for lunch and dinner, and offers bar service throughout the day. In the area called "ex Camping Jolly“, there is also the Jolly Bar, open every day for breakfasts, quick snacks and aperitifs.
Are Visitors allowed?
Entry: Daily visitors (of registered guests of the campsite) are allowed, at the discretion of the Management and subject to the deposit of their identity documents and the payment of the "daily guests" rate at the reception of the campsite (the first 30 minutes are free). Guests' cars must be parked in the car park next to the main entrance of the campsite, they are not allowed inside the campsite. Exit: daily guests must leave the campsite by 9 p.m. of the same day, inform the reception of the exit and retrieve their identification documents. Rules: All daily guests must comply with the general rules of the campsite. Any failure to comply may result in removal from the campsite.
Are there any special opening hours for the lodgings?
Time of entry: the reserved lodging can be occupied starting at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. We will advise you if the lodging is already available before the scheduled time to reduce the waiting time. Exit time: the reserved lodging must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure in order to allow the cleaning staff to arrange it for the subsequent arriving family. Upon request at the information office, it may be possible to arrange the delay of your departure until 6 p.m., but only if the lodging is not booked by another family starting on your day of departure (an extra half-day charge applies). Inventory: At the entrance to your house, you will find a list of the inventory of the house. Please check if everything is present and, if necessary, report any missing items or anomalies within 2 hours of entering the house. We will resolve any problem as soon as possible. If something is missing (or damaged) from the inventory at departure, you will be charged the price of the missing/damaged item. No smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any of our lodgings. Final cleaning: the final cleaning of the lodging is included in the price. The lodging, however, must be left in proper condition and generally, clean; otherwise a final cleaning will be charged as an extra service at €35. In addition, if the kitchenette is not left clean and in order a PENALTY of €70 may be charged at the discretion of the Management. Request for a deposit and compensation for damages: in respect to reserved lodgings, a deposit of €100 will be requested at check-in to cover for any potential damage caused to the lodging. You will receive a written receipt for your deposit. At the time of check-out it will be the responsibility of the staff of the campsite to check the condition of the lodging and return the entire deposit paid in the absence of damage. Conversely, the Management reserves the right to deduct from the sum due the amount of material damage suffered.
Are there any special opening hours for the pitches?
Entrance hours: the reserved pitch is available from 12.30 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the pitch is already free before that time, you can occupy it immediately. Exit time: the pitch (reserved or not) must be left by 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Upon request at the information office, it may be possible to arrange the delay of your departure until 6 p.m., but only if the pitch is not reserved by another family for your day of departure (an extra half-day charge will be applied). For departures after 6.00 p.m., an extra day will be charged in all cases. Equipment: all pitches are equipped with electricity (6-10 Amp, varying by pitch) and, depending on pitch, may be equipped for loading-unloading and with a private bathroom. European sockets, in case of need you can get an adapter and an extension cord at the reception against a deposit. Maximum number of people: up to 6 people are allowed on each pitch. It is up to the guest to decide whether they want to stay on a single pitch or on two pitches if the number of people exceeds 6. In both cases, the cost of two pitches will be charged. Change of pitch: in case of necessity or for a preference of a vacant pitch, it is possible to switch the pitch number upon prior notification to the Reception (only one change is allowed). In the hypothetical case that this switch is not communicated properly to the reception and the new pitch has then been assigned to an arriving family, the latter has priority.
Is it possible to make a reservation?
Check our availability and book online: from our home page ( you can check the availability of lodging and pitches at any time, get a personalized quote and also request a reservation. In this case, the reservation is not final, and must still be confirmed by the campsite via email. Book directly by email: you can request information about availability for any desired period by email at the following address Our staff at the booking office will respond within 48 hours. Which types of lodging and pitch that can be booked: all types of lodging and pitches can be booked. Beginning in 2016, the exact number of pitches available will also be provided. Arrival and departure days & minimum stay: as far as pitches are concerned, there are no restrictions on the day of arrival and departure, but instead there is a minimum stay of 7 nights (during low season, a minimum stay is lowered to 2 nights). In the case of lodgings, the arrival and departure days are limited to Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday. The minimum stay required (during high season, July and August) is seven nights. Can I book a specific lodging? If available, you can express your preference for the desired mobile home number. The Management, however, reserves the right not to assign to the guest what has previously been agreed to in response to unforeseen difficulties. Can I choose my pitch number? It is possible to book a particular pitch number if available. It is also possible to request the booking of two nearby pitches if available. Upon arrival, we will be happy to discuss with you the most suitable solutions to your needs and requests. Reservation procedure: after making the request for availability via online booking you will be sent a request for payment of a deposit to confirm the reservation (€250, fixed). Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent the final booking confirmation to be printed by you and presented to us during check-in. As for requests via direct mail, you will be sent a booking offer accompanied by a request for payment of a deposit to confirm the same. As described above, upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation will be considered final. Deposit to confirm the reservation: to receive the final confirmation of the reservation, you will be required to pay €250 as a deposit for the entire holiday. The payment of the same can be made by credit card (via a secure data transfer through the "booking confirmation" option on our home page) or via bank transfer to the account details that will be communicated to you during the booking process. Booking confirmation: the booking can only be considered final after the payment of the deposit and the receipt of the following written confirmation from the booking office. The mere request for availability from the website of the campsite is in no case considered to be a final booking. Unwritten booking confirmations (via telephone or other means) are not valid. Payment of the balance of the stay: the balance of the stay (after deduction of the deposit) must be paid within the day of arrival at the campsite in accordance with the hours of the check-out office and cash desk. Modification of a reservation: a reservation can be modified, subject to availability and at the discretion of Management, at any time by e-mail or fax 0049 (0)461707735. Only after confirmation by the Information Office will the change be considered valid. Online check-in: to speed up the registration process upon arrival at the campsite, you must complete, no later than 5 days before arrival, the online check-in available at the home page of the website All required fields must be filled in with the required information (name, surname, address, place of birth, date of birth, identity document number, date of issue of the identity document). Upon arrival, you will have to check the accuracy of the information you previously provided with the staff of the Check-in Office and then you will be able to start your holiday without a long wait. Booking fees: for each lodging or pitch booked you will be required to pay a € 10 booking fee that will be charged to the total balance of your stay. In case of a cancellation or termination, you will still be charged this fee. Arrival without reservation: For lodgings, a reservation is mandatory particularly during high season as availability is limited. As for the pitches, an arrival without reservation is possible because about 50% of the pitches of the campsite are not reservable in advance. Upon arrival, you can choose your preferred pitch from those available (non-reservable pitches); if there is no immediate availability there should be the possibility to stay on an equipped pitch until a standard pitch is cleared (on average the waiting time is from 1 to 3 days). The order of pitch assignments at the campsite are regulated by a waiting list ordered by actual day of arrival.
What about cancellations, delays and early departures?
Booking cancellation: the booking of a pitch can be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks before the scheduled arrival date (the €10 booking fee will be retained). After this date, the deposit will be retained. For lodgings, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to one month before the fixed arrival day (the €10 booking fee will be retained). After this date, the deposit will be retained. Cancellations must be made via e-mail to In case of no-show without prior notice, the deposit and the booking costs will be retained in all cases. The reservation will be valid until 9.00 a.m. the next day. After this time, the Management is free to offer lodging to other guests. Late arrival, early departure: in case of late arrival or early departure you will still be required to pay for the entire period booked.
Do you accept domestic animals?
Camping and services: dogs and other pets are welcome at Lago Levico Camping Village. It is necessary to bring your dog's passport/health booklet with you. Note that for our four-legged friends we have a small private beach especially set up on the Brenta river where they can, along with their owners, relax and have fun. Housing availability: dogs are also allowed in some types of lodging, such as: Mobile Home Levico and Mobile Home Superior, Grand Charme and Extra Lux. In all other types of lodging, they are not admitted, to keep the rooms fully accessible to guests with particular allergies, including to animal hair. Restrictions: Our 4-legged friends must always be kept on a leash and supervised to ensure the safety and well-being of all other guests of the campsite. Dogs of a breed that is considered dangerous and of a height of more than 35 cm are not allowed. By municipal order, dogs may not swim in Lago di Levico or walk on the beaches on the shores of Lago di Levico, including our private beach. Since 2017, THEY ARE NOT ADMITTED ON NINFEA PITCHES. Inside the campsite, however, we have allocated an area of our beach overlooking the Brenta river where animals can stay, get into the waters of the river and swim freely. We also have dog agility equipment next to the reception, and a designated bathtub where you can wash your dog.
Do you offer Animation?
Time period: our animation team will be available to entertain you between May and September.
Are there any speed limits inside the campsite?
We kindly ask our guests to respect the speed limits indicated inside the campsite and its immediate vicinity and surroundings. In particular, it is mandatory to respect the limit of 10 km/h with any vehicle and to slow down pay attention near the most popular areas of the campsite such as entertainment area, playground, restaurant, bar and mini-market.
Are there opening and rest hours?
Opening and closing hours of the entrance gate: the main entrance gate of the campsite automatically opens every morning at 7.00 a.m. and closes in the same way at 11.00 p.m. in the evening. Hours of rest and night hours: From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. the gate of the campsite will remain closed and therefore, no vehicle may enter to ensure compliance with the hours of silence and rest. Pedestrian gate: On foot, you can access the campsite at any time through the pedestrian gate adjacent to the main gate of the campsite. The gate will be open between 7.00 a.m. and 11.00 p.m. while at night it will remain closed but can always be opened with a code that will be given to you during check-in. Entrance and exit barriers: during access times to the campsite, when the main gate is open, you can enter/exit with your vehicle upon registration of the license plate during check-in. The accuracy of the license plate number provided is crucial as an electronic license plate reading system regulates your exit. Please respect the traffic lights near the entrance and exit bars. Secondary entrances and gates: On the entire perimeter of the campsite, there are secondary entrances to the structure based on the old division between Camping Levico and Camping Jolly. For the moment, we have closed all of them permanently but if one or more are open, access is still prohibited and please notify the reception as soon as possible.
How many cars are allowed and are parking lots available?
Number of vehicles allowed on the pitch: within the limits of the pitch, you can park up to one vehicle. Any extra car may be parked in one of the car parks inside the campsite. Please note that only one car is included in the price of the pitch. For each extra car, a fee will be charged as indicated in the list of extra services. On-site parking: if you do not want to keep your car on the pitch, you can park it free of charge in one of the campsite’s internal parking lots. Outside parking: parking spaces outside the campsite are reserved for the campsite staff, suppliers and daily guests of the campsite. During the rest hours, when the main entrance gate is closed, guests of the campsite may also park their car in these parking lots in case of necessity.
What about maintenance?
Problems on the campsite/pitches: our guests are kindly requested to inform the reception in a timely manner of any problems, failures or malfunctions detected on the campsite or on their own pitch. Any problems will be resolved within a short time by our maintenance staff. Problems in the lodgings: we kindly ask you to inform us promptly of any problem found in the lodgings and we will assure you an immediate response and the resolution of the problem within a maximum of 24 hours (except in unusual cases). Problems with the guest's private property: in the event of damage, breakage or problems related to objects, vehicles, equipment owned by you, we will be available to give you a technical consultation on what to do but we will not be able to directly resolve any material problem under any circumstance. However, we will be happy to provide you with contact information of trusted technicians in the area.
Do you have an ATM machine?
An ATM machine is not available at the campsite. You will have to visit the villages of Levico Terme (1.5 km) or Tenna (1 km) to find such service.
Are public transport services available?
Timetables: train and bus timetables for convenient travel around the region can be found at the reception or on the following websites and Ticket offices: to buy tickets to access public transport services (bus and train) you must contact the ticket office of the main stations (trains, buses) of Levico Terme, Pergine Valsugana, Borgo Valsugana or Trento. Of note, in Levico Terme bus tickets may be purchased directly on the bus and are no longer available at the Eta Beta tobacconist in front of the station. At the train station in Levico Terme, there is an automatic ticket machine. Purchasing tickets directly on the means of transport: it is possible to obtain a ticket directly on buses and trains but in this case it is mandatory (and strongly recommended to avoid the payment of a penalty) to inform the driver / controller immediately that you need the issuance of the ticket.
Is a taxi service available?
You can ask the reception staff to put you in touch with the taxi service closest to the campsite to be picked-up at the desired time.
Is there a shuttle bus?
Every summer season, from May to September, there is a shuttle bus service that connects the campsite to the town centre on a daily basis. The service costs a fee and is available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every hour. A detailed timetable and route information can be found at the campsite reception.
Do you have any safes?
It is not possible to deposit any amount of money at the reception, as we do not have any safe deposit box.
How does inbound and outbound postal service work?
It is possible to leave your outgoing mail directly at the reception; we will deliver everything to the local postal worker (every day except Saturday and Sunday). We also accept inbound mail for our guests, but such guests will have to pick-up their mail at the reception themselves.
What about Lost and Found property?
Any property found inside the campsite must be handed over to the campsite reception. All found property will then be returned to its owner.
Is there a pharmacy nearby?
In the village of Levico Terme, about 1.5 km away from the campsite, there are several pharmacies on the main street of the town (Farmacia De Prez and Farmacia Romanese). They are open every day except on Sundays and holidays. On those days, there is always at least one pharmacy open in our general area.
Where is the hospital?
The nearest hospitals are located in Borgo Valsugana and Trento, both offer emergency service
What about emergencies?
118 health emergency, 112 Carabinieri, 113 State Police, 115 Fire brigade. During the day: for any type of emergency during the day, contact the reception desk (in person or by calling 0461 706491) and we will take all necessary measures to resolve the situation. First aid is available at the reception. During the night: for any type of emergency during the night, contact the Night Watchman (his office is in the same building as the reception) or call the emergency number inside the campsite 3357483741).
How can one file grievances?
During the holiday: in case of complaints or reclamations, please contact the campsite reception. The staff will be happy to listen to you and try to resolve the problems that are the basis of your complaint. After the holiday: in case you have a complaint to submit to our attention and you have not had time to communicate it directly to the staff of the campsite during the holiday, we invite you to write an email to We are always happy to follow-up on complaints and suggestions so that we can improve matters for the next season.
Is it possible to obtain travel insurance?
Upon request (at the time of booking, or before the final confirmation) you can request to activate a travel insurance. By paying a surcharge of €5 per day, if you need to cancel your trip due to serious issues, you can cancel your holiday without incurring any cost of cancellation. The following reasons (certifiable) of cancellation are accepted: serious illness, serious accident or death of a family member, giving birth before the 7th month, significant material damage to your personal property with an imperative need for your presence, economic dismissal, accident or theft of your vehicle and/or caravan on the direct route to the campsite, cancellation or change of holiday dates because of conflicts at work.
Do you also have a camper van stop?
Yes, we have a nice and green camper stop open from spring until November. The price varies according to the period and is inclusive of all the crew, electricity, water columns and load / unload. In addition, sinks and washing machines are available. Since 2017, bathrooms with showers have also been included.

Wi-Fi: you will be issued a free code at the reception for 2GB listed on the pass issued to you during check-in; you can also have additional internet codes at a cost of €4 each. The internet code can only be used by one device/appliance at a time. Please note that the use of the Internet by minors must be authorized and supervised by an adult responsible for the child. It is possible to rent a MODEM, by paying a deposit, for people who use the internet for work and want a very fast connection. It requires an Italian SIM card to operate.
On May 2017, a visitor’s tax was introduced at the municipal level that needs to be paid locally for each visitor over 14 years of age: €1 for a maximum of 10 nights. "Goldie.....lake side paradise"
spent 2 weeks in high season stayed on a cosy pitch by the lake. Fully equipped site with the usual swimming pools, sports activities and a great team of entertainers. Everything you need onsite in a little supermarket, and FREE YOGA classes with a genuine master from Kerela. Friendly helpful staff, and the night staff were especially together when our dog decided to explore the marshy part of the lake.

"Good camp site"
Rented a Mobile Home for one week in July. Everything was nice and clean, and all the staff was super friendly and always met us with a smile. The camp site is placed right by the lake and have mountains all around. Our mobile home was situated with view to the lake and only 2 mins walk. There is a small shop with fresh bread and other groceries. There is also a restaurant with view to the lake. We only tried their Pizza and they were good.
